Swoozy’s Pick: You Found Me by queensofpattinson

Reason: “The synopsis of this story had me in the first sentence:

‘Karma brought him to Destiny…’

You’ll have to read it for yourself to find the meaning but it’ll suffice to say, it isn’t what you think.

This story has an amazing storyline that could be listed under the mystery banner if we had one here on RPF. It takes place in current time in Nags Head, NC when the members of Brit pack are forced by airport delays to spend some time in the area near the Wilmington airport.

The interesting part is what leads them there and I certainly won’t spoil it for you.

Of course there’s a girl involved or it wouldn’t be listed under Romance/Friendship. This girl is raising her young nephew after her sister’s mysterious disappearance several years earlier. Her personality, pre Corey, is actually very similar to our favorite Brit…care free, go with the flow, beer drinking and full of fun. Responsibility has changed her and she has actually evolved, taking on traits of her missing sister; a common occurrence after the tragic loss of a loved one.

The twist here is that Rob may hold a key piece of evidence in her disappearance…

This story is a great read with an intriguing plot and well written as well. Give a read if you’re a fan of mysteries….it’s got me hooked!!!”

RainerNight’s Pick: Trapped & Bound by Selenewolf

Reason: “This story is a rollercoaster, but an amazing rollercoaster at that. The Rob in this will break your heart and the orginal female character Selene has created will take your soul with her. You feel every single moment of this story and every sentance will have you hanging. I’m not normally one for the angst but the way Selene has written it is so beautifully done you don’t actually realize how heartbreaking it is until your eyes are watery and you can’t see the screen properly anymore. So if you’re looking for something to make your heartbreak, this is it. But trust me, it’ll break, but you’ll love every minute or it.

[**But I must warn you, it gets into some deep issues including rape so if you're not into that or don't think you can stomach it be wary...just keep an open mind because its incredibly gritty and honest.]”

Allycat’s Pick: Your Runaway, Fine by Selenewolf

Reason: “I have to say I am completely and rapturously in love with this story. It’s unlike any story I’ve ever read. You don’t always leave it with this bubbly feeling. It’s not for the over sensitive reader because it deals with very delicate subjects. Still there is something about this story that just captivates you as you read.”
