This month's featured author is *Miss*Spunk*. She is the author of It's So Wrong, It's Right, Cruel Temptations and Bad Romance.
1. How did you get into fan fiction? Why Robert Pattinson fan fiction?
I have been into fan fiction for quite some time, actually. I started when I was in the 7th grade writing O-Town fan fiction. But, Rob caught my attention the minute I saw him. Everything about him was so captivating and so much fun to write about. Not to mention.. he's gorgeous! I started reading fan fics from RPF and I got so caught up in it, I had to write my own! And so came, It's So Wrong, It's Right.
2. What made you decide to start writing fan fiction?
I had all of these "What if's" floating around in my head. Story lines and ideas. Once I wrote them down, it was chapter after chapter. It was something I can't have in reality..
3. What is your writing process? Do you have a specific place you like to write, music you listen to, etc.?
I have to have peace.. but not so much as quiet. I usually have music on my laptop playing. 100 Monkeys are hot on my laptop, along with BUCKCHERRY, Drake and sometimes, Rob. (What? I like all different types of music!) The music usually determines the mood of my chapter. And so does the way my day went..
4. How much research goes into the stories? Time spent on the internet? Personal experience?
I don't do a whole lot of research for a story unless I have no idea what I'm talking about. I do research for every one of my stories though. There's always something I'm not sure about. My personal life has a lot of influence on my writing. I take my past experiences and give them a slight twist as I write it into the story. I just want to thank my ex's for the inspiration! (lol)
5. What is the hardest/easiest part about writing?
There's a lot more hard to it than easy! Writers block will kill me! I'll have all of these great ideas flowing, so i'll start writing and then BAM.. It's gone and nothing that I do will help me or give me that push to finish writing. But when it's flowing, it rolls off the top of my head like it's nothing. Rob and his current antics ALWAYS inspire me!
6. Out of the stories you've written which is your favorite? Favorite character? Why?
My favorite story has to be Cruel Temptations.. I co-wrote it with Queen (she was my rock) and the plot itself captivated me. By the time the end came around, it was a happily ever after! The characters fell in love and all was perfect! However, my favorite character was Lolita from It's So Wrong, It's Right. She was so emotional and gullible. Rob turned her world upside down the minute she laid eyes on him.. (i'm sure he does that to every girl though). Lo had her bitchy side too, and I made sure she had that in her. Every girl needs it.
7. What do you think makes a good story?
A mix of drama, mystery, darkness and smut. I get hooked immediately.
8. Is there any story (or book) you wish you could have written? Why?
Fan fiction wise? Every story that Swoozy has written! As an author her writing is amazing.. and her story lines are addicting. A book outside of the fiction world? It's hard to choose. I'm very picky about the books I read. My Sister's Keeper is my all time fav though. It was the first book that made me cry as I read. That's hard to do.
9. Do you have any writing tips?
Keep an open mind! And don't be afraid to go outside the box! You'd be surprised at what people like in a story. Smut is always fun to write, you should try it
10. Who's your pick to be the next author interviewed? (This person will actually be it.)
Selenewolf
From readers:
1. Have you ever wanted to write other fics and if so, which ones would you do? - xxpunkgurl21xx
As In, fics about other people? Jackson Rathbone is quite addicting. Outside of Rob and Jackson, I don't think I'd write any other fiction. I enjoy writing them.. Their personalities are a lot of fun and it's even more fun when you make their characters your own.
2. What is the most important thing you have learned about writing that you would like to share with the other writers here? - m244robp
Never give up. Writers block is the worst thing in the world.. But it eventually breaks and the feeling of relief is amazing! It's worth the break from writing.. Idea's become more fresh.
3. How would you react if you actually had a chance to meet Rob? (this is a Rob-related site, right?) - m244robp
Well I wouldn't go all fan girl on him.. That would be embarrassing! I'm pretty laid back and calm, so, as long as the drinks flowed, I think we'd both be GOOD! I don't even think I'd mention his acting skills.. or how hot he is. I'm sure he wants to feel normal and that's exactly how i'd treat him. But deep down inside, I'd be screaming and melting into a gooey little puddle! He'd never know it though!
4. What made you like Robert? Do you write Robert different then every one else? and what is you favorite Robert story that you didnt write? - queens_of_pattinson
I like Rob because he isn't your typical hollywood actor. He's bad. And so freakin' funny! I love that he likes to go to bar's and drink with his friends.. I love that he laughs at himself.. And I LOVE the accent. It get's me every time!
I think everyone has their own version of Rob.. but I'm sure my version is the same as 12893791873 other people. He steals the girl away and wants to be with her forever. Either way, I loved writing him like that! And my favorite Rob story? Off The Grid. I think he was written to a "T". Every mannerism, every word, every emotion. I wish I could write Rob like that.
5. What made you want to write Robert? Is there a story you wished you wrote, and Do you ever get jealous of your characters? - queens_of_pattinson
Well, the man is delicious and what I can't have in reality, I might as well write it in fiction.. I can write whatever I want about Rob and it flows so easily. I wish I could've written something dark like Selenewolf's "Your Runaway, Fine." It was so different and the angle of the story is dark. I only wish I could go into a story that deep! And do I ever get jealous of my characters? ALL THE TIME! They have to be like the luckiest people ever. I get jealous of every character! It's just not fair..
Favorites:
- Book: My Sister's Keeper

Last Words:
Is there anything else you would like to say or share with us?
I have made some of the best of friends on this site! And no matter what happens, if we grow apart from fiction, we'll be friends forever! So, thank you Rob.. You'll never know it, but you introduced me to my best friend! There's a whole world that revolves around you and brings people together, giving them a break from RL. So, yeah.. Rob does a lot more than he thinks! And oddly enough, I really owe him a 'thank you'.
